House Men’s to Elmhurst

Elmhurst, Illinois, September 12, 2024 - Chicago House AC announced today that its men’s team will play its 2025 home Midwest Premier League games at Elmhurst University’s Langhorst Field. The squad will follow its women’s team which played its home games at Langhorst in its inaugural 2024 WPSL campaign. The men’s team has also played its home US Open Cup Qualifying and Tournament proper matches at Langhorst going back to 2022.

“The venue meets the higher standards for US Open Cup and higher league standard,” House Managing Partner and CEO Peter Wilt said. “If we host US Open Cup Qualifiers again this fall or choose to join a national semi-pro or professional league in the future, we will need a home venue that meets the higher standards that Elmhurst University provides.”
